Structural pool stages for builders

Structural pool stages.Delivered properly.

CPC performs the core trade stages pool builders rely on — formwork and strip-out, steel fixing and optional in-shell plumbing — and provides structural project management for qualified direct projects. Scope is confirmed in writing from the plans.

Builder-focused

We work to your programme and documentation, as a subcontracted structural stage partner.

Clear stage ownership

Each stage we price is defined in writing, including what sits outside our scope.

Evidence at handover

Stage evidence is captured as agreed with the builder, to the scope set out in the quote.

Who we are

The structural stage partner behind the pool builder.

CPC is a Victorian B2B structural pool-stage contractor. Our clients are licensed pool builders and domestic builders who need the structural stages of a concrete pool run under a defined written scope.

We start from your plans and engineering. We tell you what we are pricing, how it sequences into your programme, and what the following trade will be handed. Where documentation is incomplete, we say so before the dig rather than during the pour.

We do not sell to homeowners and we do not carry the retail side of a pool build. CPC can deliver selected stages through to concrete shell coordination. The exact endpoint is confirmed in the written quote.

More about CPC

Direct projects

Structural project management for qualified direct clients

For qualified direct clients, CPC can provide project management across an agreed structural package that may include excavation, set-out and concrete or shotcrete coordination. These projects are qualified first and priced by Jarrad from the available plans, site information and programme requirements.

Managed scope does not mean CPC self-performs every stage. Exact responsibilities and subcontracted stages are identified in the written quote.

Process

Plans to handover, in six stages.

Full process
  1. 01

    Send the project information

Provide the plans, required stages, project location, access notes and requested programme window.

  2. 02

    Mirzi reviews and routes it

Mirzi checks that the enquiry has enough information and routes it as standard trade work or a qualified direct client seeking structural project management.

  3. 03

    Confirm the pricing path

Standard do-and-charge trade work can be confirmed from the approved pricing basis. Complex trade work and qualified direct projects are priced by Jarrad.

  4. 04

    Confirm scope and programme

The written confirmation identifies the included stages, information still required and the current available programme window. Requested dates are not accepted dates until confirmed.

  5. 05

    Deliver the agreed stages

CPC completes the agreed trade stages or provides structural project management across the stages identified for a qualified direct project. Responsibilities for subcontracted or by-others work remain explicit.

  6. 06

    Handover

The completed stage is handed back so the builder or next trade can continue from a clear scope boundary.
